Pickleball Tours (www.pickleballtours.com) was created to promote the movement of travel and to build trips for people, vs. recruiting people for trips.

The vision for our company is to get travelers out of their comfort zone, to move more, and to develop a new worldview through travel while creating new social connections.

Pickleball Tours caters to individuals that wish to pursue active travel and wellness excursions. The core aim of the company is to develop customized, curated travel experiences that cater to customer’s interests. Through a thorough consultation process, we identify the type of trip, group chemistry, and activities by designing around unique travel experiences.

Position:

As a hybrid Social Media & Marketing Account & Executive Admin, you will have the opportunity to help drive early growth and success of the business through innovation, marketing campaigns, business strategy and partnering with our existing vendors and partners. A key area is to define PR opportunities for brand development and to create a strong ecosystem of customers, partners, and resorts.

Throughout the past year, pickleball has grown over 30% and is currently the fastest growing sport in the USA. It was labeled as the “perfect pandemic sport” by several publications due to safety, wellness, movement, and mental and physical health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Develop graphics and email campaigns through Mailchimp.

Build a brand through social and lead development to generate new business prospects.

Event planning and coordination.

Maintain CRM to create a personalized view into customers and prospects.

Develop business infrastructure through and take on light admin responsibilities.

Generate marketing efforts through social campaigns and network with other service providers.

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative, creative outgoing and proven business acumen

Tech-savvy and solid social media skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Strong customer skills and a savvy ability to assess customer needs.

Website development & CRM experience and email marketing experience a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business in progress.

Preferred Qualifications include:

Desire to drive change through giving back, volunteering and philanthropy.

Interest in the travel industry, wellness & health coaching.

Pickleball, Tennis and / or Yoga background.

Background in sales and business development

Marketing background and experience in hospitality, tourism, and travel

Compensation:

The compensation structure is hourly and TBD, DOE. And hours available and will be discussed in preliminary interviews.
